I found a wholesale distributor of products that I want to purchase but their website says that they only service certain parts of the United States which doesn't include Florida. If I were to call them up today and offer to purchase $10,000 worth of product would they be willing to deal with me even though I'm not within their cover area?

That depends.

Some distributors are limited in territory by the manufacturers whose lines the sell. It's doubtful that $ 10,000 would cause them to risk incurring the wrath of a manufacturer with whom they do millions of dollars each year.

In that case, you could possibly contact them and see who has the territory that includes FL.

Other distributors only sell within a certain area covered by their own delivery fleet. They are not geared for shipping by common carrier, but have regularly scheduled deliveries in their own trucks.

Examples of this would be the numerous deliveries you see daily to c-stores, fast foods, real restaurants and grocery stores.
