Need Advice as I am a victim of a scam and/or fraud Reply

Hello everyone,

I wanted to find out if any one can give me advice on what i can do to report to government authorities or police this company by the name of Euro Agency and owner Arumugan Aran. This individual posed as a stocklot supplier of name brand clothing out of Sri Lanka.

This individual has since left Sri Lanka and is now in London, England, UK

Does any one know if the UK has any websites, phone numbers, resources that we can use to report this criminal that is residing in the UK?

Any help is greatly appreciated. I know that recovering my money is out of the question but at least I want to ensure that this individual does not operate the same scam again.

Thanks.

Mike -
You failed to tell the people on this bulletin board several things. Firstly, the amount of $750 not $775 was refunded. Yes, this was done exactly three days ago, at or around January 28, 2008. Secondly, you failed to tell the people on this board that the clothing order placed with Aran was back in August 2007. I wired him money through Western Union on September 1, 2007. Therefore it took him exactly 5 months to send me a partial refund, that being, only after he was reading the bad publicity that he was getting from this board and also from some of his other customers living in Germany.

I hope this clarifies the facts and events that occurred.

Mike -

By the way, can you please tell Aran to send the remaining $25 so I can have a full refund as opposed to a partial refund.

Thank you.
