Hi All,
I'm looking to do some cost analysis for a new business venture. I'd like to know wholesale prices for alcohol, food, and general consumable products for a small bar. Is their someone here with this experience who can help. Or perhaps their is a 'rule of thumb' calculation for costing this?
I realise the more you buy the cheaper the stock, but if I understand the mark up for a pint, or a bottle of lager this would help greatly.
